WHAT IS ENACTUS
Enactus is an international organization that connects student, academic and business leaders through entrepreneurial-based projects that empower people to transform opportunities into real, sustainable progress for themselves and their communities.
Student leaders of Enactus create and implement entrepreneurial projects around the globe. The experience transforms lives and helps students develop the kind of talent and perspective that are essential to leadership in an ever-more complicated and challenging world.
WHAT DOES OUR CLUB DO
We are participating in the work of Business as Missions, partnering with Divine Business Appointments here is Orange County and working with their organization and offices in the Philippines and Costa Rica.
Our club fundraises to be able to provide microloans to entrepreneurs in the Philippines and Costa Rica. These people are on the lowest economic rung in the community and have limited education and resources, but strong desire to succeed and better their life. After providing these entrepreneurs with loans, they are paired with an ENACTUS student who helps coach and advise them.
